Shipping&Returns

Domestic (Australia)  

- Dispatch Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding QLD public holidays).  

- Flat Rate: Standard AUD 15.00 (tracked). Express AUD 22.00 (metro 1–2 business days after dispatch; regional may vary).  Free shipping on orders over AUD 250.00。

- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your parcel leaves our fulfilment studio.  

- Authority To Leave (ATL): If you request ATL or a courier applies it under their policy, risk of loss passes upon scan “Delivered”. We are not liable for theft after delivery.  

 

International  

We currently ship selected items manually. Email hello@scenovia.shop with: product(s), quantity, full shipping address. We will reply with a quote (shipping + estimated transit time).  

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Local import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, or clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Refused or unclaimed parcels: original shipping + any return handling fees may be deducted from any refund (where applicable).  

 

Returns & Refunds

At SCENOVIA Collective, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to the highest standard. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare case of a product fault.

Our pieces are made from natural materials, which may feature inherent variations, veining, and textural differences. These characteristics are part of the material's beauty and not considered defects.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Our return policy strictly applies to items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.Returns must be requested within 30 days after the date of delivery.
